greatly enjoyed our stay, would definitely book again. the daily service was excellent. the facilities were good and easy to use. the hotel had an unbeatable and exceptional location so close to arts theatre. the restaurant was great and the staff were affable.

The room was stylish and had a large comfortable bed, and the location was excellent, just a short walk from an ambassador theatre.

Our recent stay at Sonder King Street was exceptional. The apartment was stunning and exceeded our expectations. The location in the heart of Covent Garden was perfect, just minutes away from all the major shows and attractions. The apartment had excellent quality fittings and was quiet and spacious, making it feel like a home away from home. Despite a minor issue with a blind in the living room, which didn't impact our stay significantly, everything else was in great condition. we highly recommend this property and it will be our top choice for our next visit to London.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and brand new, making us feel right at home. The spacious rooms and large beds were a pleasant surprise. The central Covent Garden location was ideal for exploring the city. we had an impressive and comfortable experience during our stay.

One small issue we encountered was that the curtains in the bathroom were not fully opaque, which compromised a bit of privacy. However, this did not significantly impact our overall stay.

We recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Covent Garden called Sonder King Street. We were blown away by the value for money, with a beautifully remodeled and spotless apartment that was perfect for our family. The location was excellent, nestled on a quiet side street with great restaurants and a lovely coffee shop next door. The staff were friendly and responsive, fixing a minor issue with the lights immediately. Plus, being able to do laundry before our trip to Paris was a game-changer!

The only thing I would suggest to improve the breakfast selection is to add a few more cooking pans to the kitchen. While we loved the spacious and well-furnished apartment, having just one deep cooking pan made it a bit challenging to make a proper breakfast, like an omelette.

The complementary chocolates and bottle of wine upon arrival were a lovely touch. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city and all the main attractions were easily accessible. A big plus was the convenience of having a fully equipped kitchenette in the room, making it easy to prepare meals and save money on dining out.

The lack of on-site support proved to be a downside as there was no one to contact when we needed assistance. the strict check-in and check-out times were a little inconvenient, especially as we arrived early in the morning and had to wait until later to access our room.

The underground station is also conveniently close by, making it easy to explore other parts of the city. The cleanliness of this hotel was top-notch and the facilities were great too.

Great location, clean and updated apartment. The apartment was in a fantastic location, close to shopping, restaurants, and the theater district. The newly remodeled apartment was clean and updated, with modern amenities. We appreciated being able to do our laundry before our departure, which helped cut down on packing.

Complex check-in process and poor signage. The check-in process was complicated, and it was inconvenient not having access to our cell phone.
